Your Responsibilities:
As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for:
Based on your regional business needs you will build and execute the local marketing plan to support business growth in the Iberia region.
Identify and organize our presence to local events and conferences.
Execute global lead gen campaigns collaborating with the corporate marketing team, and develop local campaigns based on your market priorities.
Position our brand by identifying the trendy topics and the associated keywords in your region.
Deploy regional campaigns on social networks to increase corporate and employee branding.
Contribute to content production in line with global content plan and localize corporate content when it is relevant for your markets.
Report results and analyse marketing effectiveness while managing database quality.
How to achieve the objectives:
Work closely with the company's marketing team to execute relevant and effective lead generation campaigns.
Work closely with the country manager and the Sales team of your region to deploy local campaigns aligned on the Sales priorities and to ensure the MQL follow-up.
Communicate with the Field Marketing Team about all your projects (campaigns, events…) and share information.
What We're Looking For:
Experience:
A master’s degree in business or marketing.
Strong oral and written communication skills to develop content such as blog posts, product presentations, business cases or white papers.
Experience in B2B marketing ideally in the software industry.
You are comfortable speaking in front of customers or Imaweb’s salespeople.
Very comfortable communicating in English.
Autonomy, proactivity and creativity.
Languages: English and Spanish mandatory, Portuguese and French are a plus.
Communication: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Technical Skills: Hubspot.
Interpersonal Skills: Ability to collaborate in a diverse and dynamic environment.
