The SL 2 technical intern performs a daily analysis of the integrations of each Brand, checking the associated processes and is in charge of re-launching those processes that have not finished satisfactorily after the end of the cron. Either due to incidents on the integration side or on our side.
This position offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of technology and customer experience, applying both problem-solving skills and communication expertise to deliver lasting value
🎯 Your Responsibilities:
Review the checklist for each Brand
Open jira for cases that want more in-depth analysis
Request re-launches as appropriate
Report the results of each review
Report recurrence of failures to the structure and if possible propose improvements and/or corrective actions
Share relevant information to the rest of the team in collaboration with the trainer and with the structure
🕵️ What We're Looking For:
Experience: Prior experience in a similar position is a plus, but not required.
Languages: Fluency in Spanish, B2 English. Portuguese can be a nice to have
Communication: Strong communication skills for managing client expectations, providing clear explanations, and leading resolution calls when needed.
Technical Skills: Understanding of software applications, troubleshooting systems and general knowledge on this technical toolkit:
Databases (MySQL)

html
APIS (Postman/ SoapUI)
javascript
css
POO
framework mvc (modelo, vista, controlador)
ORM and connectors to BBDD from PHP
Other programming languages: XML, JSON
Interpersonal Skills: Service-minded. Ability to collaborate in a diverse and dynamic environment.
