About the role
We are hiring a Corporate Communications Specialist to support the execution of communications across the business.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role, with approximately 70% internal communications and 30% external communications. The role focuses on delivering clear, consistent, and well-structured communication across channels, while supporting the preparation and execution of key company events.
This role sits within a corporate communications function, contributing to the execution of communication initiatives aligned with overall strategy and positioning defined at team level. The candidate is responsible for translating inputs into high-quality outputs, managing multiple deliverables at all times, and ensuring strong follow-through!
Key responsibilities
Internal Communications (~70%)
Draft and manage internal communications, including company updates, announcements, and internal engagement initiatives
Ensure content is clear, structured, and aligned across teams
Support the rollout of internal communication initiatives and campaigns
Intranet & Channel Management
Manage and maintain internal communication channels (intranet, Teams, newsletters)
Publish and update content in a timely and structured manner
Ensure information is organized, accessible, and up to date
Apply consistent formatting and content standards
Corporate Events
Support the preparation and execution of key company events, including:
All-hands meetings
Kick-offs and internal sessions
Coordinate agendas, materials, and communications
Work closely with internal teams (e.g., IT, design, marketing, leadership, other contributors) to ensure readiness
Manage logistics and execution from a behind-the-scenes standpoint
Ensure a high level of detail, preparation, and timing across all elements
External Communications (~30%)
Support external communication activities, including:
LinkedIn content
Blog content and some customer-facing messaging
PR and campaign support
Ensure consistency between internal and external messaging
Communications Operations
Manage content calendars, timelines, and deliverables
Coordinate inputs from different teams and ensure deadlines are met
Support day-to-day communication activities and requests
Project Management & Delivery
Manage multiple communication initiatives in parallel
Ensure clear planning, prioritization, and follow-through
Deliver quality work, accurately and on time
Identify gaps or risks early and address them proactively
AI & Efficiency
Use AI tools to support content creation and research where relevant
Ensure all outputs are reviewed, accurate, and adapted with a human perspective
Maintain quality and consistency across all deliverables
Experience
5–7 years of experience in Corporate Communications, PR, Content, or similar roles
Experience in technology, B2B, or SaaS environments preferred
Automotive sector experience is a plus
Candidates will be asked to share examples of previous work (e.g., writing samples, communication materials, or portfolio) as part of the selection process.

Strong writing and editing skills in English (native or equivalent level)
Ability to structure and simplify complex information
Strong organizational and project management skills
High attention to detail and consistency
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

Experience with internal communication tools (intranet, Teams, CMS, email platforms)
Familiarity with LinkedIn and content publishing tools
Practical experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to improve efficiency

Communication is delivered clearly, consistently, and on time
Internal channels are well-maintained and easy to navigate
Events are well-prepared and executed smoothly
Deliverables require minimal revision due to strong attention to detail
Work is completed with reliability and strong follow-through
This role is suited to someone who is agile, hands-on, detail-oriented, and delivery-focused, and who takes pride in ensuring communication is executed to a high standard.
