Your Responsibilities:
As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for:
Developing and executing the global partner ecosystem strategy, identifying priority partners and market opportunities.
Identifying, onboarding, and managing strategic partners, acting as the main point of contact for senior partner stakeholders.
Structuring and negotiating partnership agreements, including commercial models and joint Go-To-Market initiatives.
Building and executing joint business plans to drive partner-led and partner-influenced revenue growth.
Monitoring partner performance, including revenue contribution, pipeline generation, and strategic progress.
Collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Onboarding teams to activate and scale partnerships.
Supporting product integrations and joint solutions in coordination with Product and Product Marketing teams.
Representing the company at industry events, partner summits, and executive forums.
Co-owning partner-driven revenue and bookings targets with Regional Sales leadership.
What We're Looking For:
Experience:
5+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, alliances, or channel development within technology or SaaS environments.
Proven track record of building and growing strategic partner relationships.
Demonstrated success in driving partner-led growth and ecosystem strategies.
Experience in the automotive sector is a plus.
Languages: Fluent in English plus at least one additional European language (French, German, Dutch, Spanish, or Italian) (Interview will be conducted in English).
Communication: Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
Technical Skills:
Strong understanding of SaaS business models and partner ecosystems.
Experience with Go-To-Market strategies, partnership frameworks, and commercial negotiations.
Ability to analyze partner performance metrics (pipeline, revenue, KPIs).
Interpersonal Skills: Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional and international teams in a dynamic environment.
