Your Responsibilities:
As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for:
Analyzing bugs, incidents, and feature requests to identify quality challenges
Implementing, maintaining, and enhancing automated test suites across functional, regression, API, and end-to-end testing scopes (Cypress or similar).
Leveraging AI to improve QA activities such as test case generation, defect analysis, coverage optimization, test data creation, and automation productivity.
Collaborating closely with product owner and developers to ensure reliable, high-quality deliveries.
Participating in design reviews, estimations, and continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen quality practices and delivery efficiency.
What We're Looking For:
Experience:

Languages:
English: Required
French: Very nice to have
Spanish: Nice to have
Communication: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Technical Skills:
Test automation: Cypress (or similar)
Backend: Good understanding of backend concepts (client/server)
Frontend: Mainly web technologies
Database: Postgresql
API testing: SOAP and REST
DevOps : GIT and knowledge of CI/CD pipelines is a plus (Github)
Strong understanding of software quality principles, test strategy, test architecture, and risk-based testing approaches.
Experience using AI-assisted tools or techniques for test generation, defect triage, automation support, and quality reporting is a plus.
Interpersonal Skills: Ability to collaborate in a diverse and dynamic environment.
Our Recruitment Process:
15-minute introductory call with our Talent Acquisition Specialist.
1-hour call with the Engineering manager and Lead developer of the team.
30-minute call with the Engineering director of the team
