Responsibilities:
- Organise the monthly Pricing Committees by analyzing sales performance, closing rates, conversion rates, and competitive pricing positioning.
- Develop and implement our pricing strategy and ensure comprehensive price intelligence across all countries and product lines.
- Support the PMM Director in implementing new tools to deliver effective sales enablement materials for the sales teams.
- Support Product Marketing Managers, Field Marketing, and Communications teams in creating and deploying videos to promote our products.
🎯 Your Responsibilities:
Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Market Analysis and Competitive Intelligence for Nextlane products
Conduct regular benchmarks on competitor offerings (features, pricing, positioning).
Identify market trends in automotive and SaaS to support strategic recommendations.
2. Content and Documentation Management
Maintain up-to-date product positioning and pricing documents.
Create educational materials for sales teams (FAQs, quick guides).
Manage and maintain product descriptions in our CPQ (Configuration Price Quote)
Create a new internal pricing guide covering all group products
3. Cross-Team Collaboration
Participate in discussions with Sales and Customer Success teams to gather feedback.
Track field insights to improve marketing messages and roadmap alignment.
4. KPI Pricing committee
Set up simple dashboards to track the impact of our pricing strategy
Prepare summaries for internal Pricing committees
5. Internal Training and Support
Help train sales teams on product updates.
Respond to internal questions related to product value and messaging.
Support the team in creating product videos using AI tools
🕵️♂️ What We’re Looking For:
• Education: Currently enrolled in a business school, engineering school, or university program with a focus on marketing, data, or business development
• Experience: Prior experience in a product marketing team is a plus
• Technical Skills: knowledge of Salesforce is a strong advantage and data analysis
• Languages: Fluent English is required (spoken and written). French or any other European language is a plus
· Problem-Solving & Critical Thinking: Skilled at analyzing complex situations, identifying creative solutions, and making well-informed decisions.
· Adaptability & Learning Agility: Open to change, able to quickly adjust to new environments, and eager to acquire new skills to tackle diverse challenges.
· Autonomy & Initiative: Self-driven and curious, eager to investigate and take ownership of tasks
· Communication & Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with international and cross-functional teams
