Your Responsibilities:
We are seeking a Senior PMO Manager with 8+ years of experience as a Project Manager and Consultant within top-tier consulting firms or equivalent environments. This role will lead and drive transversal, high-impact strategic initiatives sponsored by the CEO, Executive Leadership Team (ELT), and Private Equity stakeholders.
The Senior PMO Manager will be responsible for end-to-end program delivery, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, on scope, and with measurable business impact, while providing clear executive-level visibility, governance, and decision support.
This role combines project management excellence, strategic analysis, and business modeling, with a strong emphasis on stakeholder management and executive communication.
Key activities:
Strategic Program & Project Management
Lead complex, cross-functional strategic programs from initiation through execution and closure
Structure projects with clear objectives, milestones, deliverables, risks, and dependencies
Ensure delivery on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic priorities
Anticipate risks and proactively propose mitigation plans
Executive & Stakeholder Engagement
Act as a trusted partner to ELT members and the CEO on strategic initiatives
Prepare and deliver weekly executive updates, dashboards, and progress reports
Organize and run Steering Committees (SteerCos), including agenda setting, decision tracking, and follow-up
Interface closely with the Private Equity team, providing structured insights, analyses, and progress tracking
Analysis, Modeling & Decision Support
Conduct strategic and operational analyses to support decision-making
Build and review financial, operational, or transformation models when required
Translate complex data into clear executive-ready insights and recommendations
Workshops & Cross-Functional Leadership
Design and facilitate workshops with senior leaders and project teams to align on strategy, scope, and execution plans
Drive alignment across functions (Operations, Finance, Strategy, HR, IT, etc.)
PMO Standards & Documentation
Define, document, and maintain standard program management methodologies and templates
Ensure rigorous project documentation, including charters, business cases, RAID logs, and action trackers
Track decisions, dependencies, and outcomes across the project portfolio
What We're Looking For:
Experience
8+ years of experience in project management and consulting, ideally within top-tier or strategy/management consulting firms
Proven track record managing enterprise-wide, transversal strategic initiatives
Experience working with C-level executives, ELT, and senior leadership
Exposure to Private Equity–backed environments or high-governance contexts is a strong plus
Skills & Competencies
Strong program and project management expertise (planning, governance, execution, risk management)
Excellent analytical and modeling skills
Outstanding executive communication (written and verbal)
Ability to synthesize complex topics into clear, concise, decision-oriented messages
Strong facilitation and workshop leadership capabilities
High level of autonomy, ownership, and accountability
C1/C2 English
French or any other language is a plus!

Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-paced, and high-visibility environments
Confident engaging with senior executives and challenging constructively when needed
Strong sense of discretion and professionalism
