Own and scale Nextlane’s Remarketing Suite, covering imaging, inspection, 360° capture, QA workflows, AI automation, and marketplace publishing. Responsible for product strategy, discovery, roadmap, delivery, and business impact from pilot to wider roll-out.
Your Responsibilities:
1. Strategy & Market Insight
· Define the Remarketing Suite vision and long-term portfolio strategy.
· Analyse markets, competitors, OEM/regulatory trends, and monetisation opportunities.
· Identify where AI/automation unlock efficiency and quality improvements.
2. Discovery & Validation
· Lead customer discovery with used vehicle dealers, inspectors, OEMs, and partners.
· Validate solutions via prototypes, usability tests, and feasibility checks.
· Define MVPs, requirements, and OEM/marketplace interface dependencies.
3. Roadmap & Portfolio Management
· Build an outcome-based roadmap across imaging, 360°, QA, AI, publishing connectors, and integrations.
· Manage lifecycle from pilot → GA → growth/maturity.
· Set KPIs and success metrics for each release.
4. Execution & Delivery
· Drive cross-functional squads through all SDLC phases.
· Ensure delivery quality, readiness checklists, and risk management.
· Oversee quality KPIs, defect rate stability, GDPR compliance, and imaging/inspection flow robustness.
5. Go-to-Market & Adoption
· Partner with Product Marketing on positioning, pricing, licensing, and messaging.
· Deliver GTM materials: demos, playbooks, customer stories, onboarding.
· Support Sales and OEM teams in adoption, expansion, and revenue growth.
6. Performance & Financials
· Own ARR contribution and support P&L decisions.
· Build ROI models for AI and platform investments.
· Lead quarterly portfolio reviews and prioritisation.
What We're Looking For:
Mandatory: Experience delivering AI-driven products or products incorporating computer vision, ML models, or automated decisioning, with clear evidence of customer and business impact.
8–12 years in Product Management for B2B SaaS, ideally in imaging, automotive retail, AI/ML, workflow automation, or Computer Vision-powered products.
Track record of shipping and scaling high-volume SaaS modules (mobile + web), with proven results in quality, adoption, and ARR impact.
Experience coordinating cross-functional domain squads (Engineering, QA, AI/ML, Customer Excellence).
Strong analytical and strategic skills: opportunity sizing, KPI modelling, data-driven insights, business-case development.
Familiarity with automotive dealership operations, remarketing workflows, imaging standards, and OEM compliance.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; capable of influencing across Regional Sales VPs, OEM teams, and leadership.
Professional in English; additional European languages are advantageous.
Willingness to travel to customers, pilot sites, and market events.
