🧭 About the role:
As a Technical Consultant at Nextlane, you will be responsible for the deployment of Nextlane solutions, primarily within our private cloud environment, SQL, API's and through complex technical projects delivered in a hybrid model.
You will operate at the intersection of technology, delivery, and governance, ensuring structured execution, proactive risk management, and compliance with cloud and technical best practices. The role requires strong organizational skills, technical understanding, and clear communication to drive alignment and delivery excellence across distributed teams and customers. You will work closely with local teams across multiple European countries, contributing to a truly international collaboration environment where knowledge sharing and cross-border teamwork are key to success.

Ensure structured execution, governance, and adherence to timelines, scope, and budget
Proactively identify and manage risks, dependencies, and delivery constraints
Ensure compliance with technical standards, security requirements, and cloud best practices
Drive delivery excellence to our customers through clear communication, tracking, and continuous improvement
🎯 Your Responsibilities:
As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for:
Delivery Excellence
Coordinate tasks across engineering and technical teams to ensure efficient execution
Track progress using well-defined project KPIs and ensure milestone delivery
Ensure compliance with technical standards, security requirements, and cloud deployment best practices
Project Closing & Handover
Ensure all deliverables are completed, documented, and formally accepted
Facilitate effective knowledge transfer between engineering, operations, and customer-facing teams
🕵️♂️ What We're Looking For:
Experience:
Proven experience in technical or IT projects in a software, cloud, or infrastructure environment
Languages: At least B2 in English and C1/C2 in French. Other European languages are a strong plus.
Communication:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical topics clearly
Comfortable producing structured project documentation, reports, and status updates
Strong facilitation skills to align technical teams and stakeholders in a remote setting.
Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
SQL support
Solid understanding of cloud environments and information systems
Good working knowledge of Microsoft and API's.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS appreciated), telecom, and Internet technologies
Ability to understand, challenge, and discuss technical architecture with engineers and non-technical stakeholders
Interpersonal Skills:
Proactive, structured, and highly organized with strong ownership mindset
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Analytical with strong synthesis skills
Team-oriented and collaborative, comfortable working across functions and cultures
