🎯 Your Responsibilities:
As Head of Revenue Operations, you are responsible for leading and scaling Nextlane’s centralized Revenue Operations function to support predictable revenue, operational excellence, and Go-To-Market (GTM) efficiency. You act as the functional owner of Revenue Operations and a key partner to Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Delivery. Your responsibilities include:
· Define, own, and maintain the RevOps operating model and roadmap in alignment with company objectives.
· Act as functional owner of end-to-end GTM processes across the full customer lifecycle (marketing, sales, renewals, expansions, and delivery handoffs).
· Own and continuously optimize GTM processes including Lead-to-Order, Order-to-Cash, renewals, and expansions.
· Serve as process owner for Salesforce, CPQ, forecasting, and core revenue workflows, including integrations with key systems (e.g. Netsuite, GTM-related AI features).
· Support Marketing, Customer Experience, and Finance processes impacting Salesforce, owning system implementation while partner teams own functional process definition and project management.
· Ensure governance, documentation, adoption, and enablement of RevOps processes and GTM tools across teams.
· Define and maintain revenue KPIs, dashboards, and performance reporting, delivering clear and actionable insights to leadership.
· Drive pipeline management, revenue forecasting, and performance reporting in close partnership with Finance and GTM leadership.
· Support revenue planning and forecasting cycles with accurate data and clear assumptions.
· Partner with Sales Leadership, HR, and Finance to design, implement, and maintain sales compensation plans aligned with revenue objectives.
· Oversee compensation execution, controls, and audits to ensure accuracy, consistency, and transparency.
· Lead change management for GTM-impacting initiatives, including process changes, system enhancements, UAT, rollout, and adoption.
· Coordinate and prioritize the work of the RevOps team and relevant external resources based on the RevOps roadmap and company priorities.
· Provide visibility to VP Ops on team performance and capabilities, and align with the People Manager on objectives, staffing needs, and capability development.
🕵️♂️ What We're Looking For:
Experience: Proven experience leading and scaling a centralized Revenue Operations function, owning end-to-end GTM processes across the full customer lifecycle in a B2B / recurring-revenue environment.
Languages: Fluent in English (interviews conducted in English).
Communication: trong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to align and coordinate multiple GTM stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, Delivery).
Technical Skills: Strong Salesforce process ownership and GTM systems expertise, including CPQ, forecasting, revenue workflows, and integrations with core finance systems.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong ownership and leadership mindset with the ability to drive cross-functional alignment, lead change management initiatives, and ensure execution quality across RevOps and GTM stakeholders.
